I recently made a trip to visit family out of town. While my daughter (14) and I were driving we had issues with the car so we stopped to call family for help and a tow service to get us to neatest town. It’s summer so it doesn’t get dark till 1030, so I felt ok if I had to wait. I tried to text and Google a tow service, but I had difficulties getting service, so I had to walk around to get a connection with a l9cal tower..it took walking up the road to get service. I won’t tell you how scary it is for a mom and her teen daughter to be alone, in the middle of no where..and can’t get service on phone, even using data and data roaming. I contacted freedom and all they could do is offer me a plan for 175 a month with a 3 month discount of 120 ..but after the discount it moves up to 173..but it still doesn’t address the problem with getting a reliable connection. I was so afraid for my daughter and I.. I couldn’t get my texts thru or get info on Google to find a tow service..so we’re switching to telus..they offer a way better plan and a tablet for 12$ a month for my kiddo as a back to school offer..don’t go with freedom..it’s not reliable and the customer service I’d not that great

I recently had the pleasure of engaging with Freedom Mobile, and I must say, their service is impressive. The customer service representative was not only friendly but also showed real professionalism. They took the time to walk me through the various plans available, offering valuable insights to help me make an informed decision. It’s refreshing to encounter such a positive customer experience.
