of all the carriers I’ve been with Koodo has been the best as far as options with rollover data and a decent amount of data. Would like to see Visual Voicemail included with plans like Fizz but nothing bad to say other then Bells network isn’t as good as Telus in eastern canada. Would like the Telus buying Bell talks to resume as Rogers was able to buy Shaw.
I have had their service for a number of years. This summer I added next tv to my service. Bad mistake. I have had constant problems ever since. I have talked to them at least 20 or 30 time. I have had 6 or 7 technicians here to fix the problem. Everytime they replace something else. Still not working properly. I have been very patient but enough is enough. My internet has cut out 8 times in three hours and wifi has cut out 6 times in between. I call, wait on hold for 20 minutes just to be told to call back in 10 minutes because they don’t have time to talk to me. For the last three weeks they have told me that the rural people are looking at it and will call me. No calls. Did speed tests. It connected to three providers in Vancouver as well as one in Toronto. They do not know what they are doing.
Fido says there will be an activation fee of $70 to change plans and that the cheapest possible is $45 / month, which is what I’m paying and sick of paying. They deny that the plans listed above exist !
