Reliable, pretty fast wireless 5G internet
The customer service is horrific when signing you up they are were not great but when there is one option in a small town what can you do, instead of embracing excellence and becoming super stars in the industry they are small town bullies and everything after that goes down hill quickly. The customer service should take a course in how to speak properly to clients there are actual courses that do teacher you to speak properly to a client and not ignite or say cruel or inappropriate things to a client.
Terrible company. Staff has zero technical knowledge and no professionalism. Company sent a faulty router, refused to troubleshoot at any point, refused to swap the router free of charge, promised no installation fee but got charged an installation fee and said the issue was my equipment.Switched companies, received the EXACT same modem router and guess what? Worked perfectly, never any issues with the equipment or connection after that.And guess what else? Found a better company, for the same price, never had any connection issues.They don’t have their own technicians, you end up in the back of the line and you will be charged even if it’s their fault.They also tether your internet (they admit it on their website) and forget about streaming a Youtube video or movie uninterrupted.
Rogers is discontinuing prepaid services with short notice to long term customers. I am very disappointed in Rogers
Internet speed is great, when it is working. Keeps disconnecting, even though they sent a technician with a faster modem.
